Booking
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak tourist season. However, same-day bookings are often possible — contact us via WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Yes. You can modify your booking details (pickup time, date, or destination) up to 48 hours before departure via WhatsApp or email. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your pickup.
Absolutely. We track all incoming flights in real time. Your driver will be updated automatically and will wait at no extra charge for up to 60 minutes after the actual landing time.
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name clearly displayed. They will be reachable by phone and WhatsApp as well.
Pricing & Payment
No. All our prices are fixed and fully transparent. The price you see at the time of booking is the price you pay — no surge pricing, no tolls added later, no surprises.
We accept cash (LKR or USD), bank transfers, and mobile payments (Dialog Easy Pay, Airtel Money). Card payments can be arranged for larger bookings — contact us for details.
There is a small late-night surcharge (10 PM – 5 AM) applied to certain routes. This will be clearly shown at the time of booking.
Vehicles & Service
We offer a range of vehicles: compact sedans for solo travelers, standard saloons for couples, spacious SUVs for families with luggage, and minivans/coaches for larger groups of up to 12 passengers.
Yes. Child seats and infant carriers are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention this requirement when booking to ensure the correct seat is fitted before your pickup.
Yes. All our drivers have a good command of English and are trained to communicate clearly with international travelers. Many also speak basic German, French, and Chinese.
All vehicles in our fleet are fully air-conditioned, well-maintained, and insured. Vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before every journey.
