What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Modifications can be made up to 48 hours before departure via WhatsApp or email.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats and infant carriers are available at no extra charge on all vehicle classes. Please mention this when booking so the correct seat is fitted before your pickup.

Which airports do you cover?

We serve all major Swiss airports: Zurich (ZRH), Geneva (GVA), Basel-Mulhouse (BSL), and Bern (BRN). Cross-border transfers to Germany, France, Italy, and Austria are also available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (CHF and EUR), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers (IBAN). No upfront payment required — you pay at the end of your journey.

Will my driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. We monitor all incoming flights in real time. Your driver will be updated automatically and will wait at no extra charge for the first 15 minutes after arrival.
